The Club has a very strong "Fishing Section" with its own waters along the river Arrow CLUB WATERS Dark Lane A.C. enjoys one of the finest stretches of the River Arrow at Alcester in Warwickshire. With its gravel runs and undercut banks, the river offers the angler a wide and varied choice of swims - all within easy walking distance of car parking. Species include barbel, chub, roach, dace, perch and the occasional bream and carp. A pike will sometimes take your bait.
The meadows are as follows: First meadow at Oversley Bridge on the Stratford Road (Pegs 1 to 11)
First meadow at the beginning of Mill Lane (Pegs 12 to 25)
First meadow at the end of Bleachfield Street, Alcester (Pegs 26 to 50)
